DIGITAL PRODUCTS — RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Conscious Drops, a brand of Touch N Feel Ecommerce Private Limited, sells digital downloads only. No physical product is shipped. Because files or access links are made available after payment, change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are generally unavailable once a file has been delivered or accessed.

We will provide a replacement, corrected file, reasonable technical assistance, or another appropriate remedy if a purchased file is corrupt, materially different from its description, the wrong file is delivered, or a verified technical problem prevents access.

Contact sales@touch-n-feel.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description or screenshot of the problem. Personalised work may be cancelled only before design work begins. Once a proof or customised file has been created, completed work is generally non-refundable except where defective or materially inconsistent with the agreed specification.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
