Digital Product Cancellation Policy

Conscious Drops, a brand of Touch N Feel Ecommerce Private Limited, sells instant digital-download products only. Nothing is physically shipped.

Because files are delivered or made available immediately after successful payment, an order cannot normally be cancelled once download access has been issued.

When to contact us

If you placed a duplicate order, were charged incorrectly, purchased by mistake before accessing the files, or cannot access your download, contact us within 7 days with your order number. We review genuine billing and technical issues individually.
