📦 Orders & Downloads
How do I receive my order?
All Conscious Drops products are digital downloads. After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime from your order confirmation page.
How quickly will I receive my download?
Instantly! As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download link is ready. No waiting, no shipping — just immediate access to your child's new learning materials.
How many times can I download my files?
You can download your files multiple times. We recommend saving a copy to your device or cloud storage (like Google Drive or Dropbox) so you always have a backup.
What file format are the products in?
Most of our products are delivered as PDF files, which can be opened on any device — phone, tablet, or computer — and printed at home or at a local print shop.

What paper size should I use?
Our activity books are designed for standard A4 or US Letter (8.5" x 11") paper. Both sizes work great!
Can I print in black and white?
Yes! While our designs look beautiful in color, they are also designed to work well in black and white — perfect for letting kids color them in themselves.
Can I reprint the activities?
Absolutely! One of the best things about printables is that you can print them as many times as you need — great for multiple children or for repeating favorite activities.

What age range are your products designed for?
Our products are designed for children aged 3–10 years, with content carefully tailored to different developmental stages. Each product listing specifies the recommended age range.
What is Social-Emotional Learning (SEL)?
SEL stands for Social-Emotional Learning — the process through which children learn to understand their emotions, build empathy, make good decisions, and form healthy relationships. Our activities make these skills fun and accessible for young children.
Are the activities aligned with any curriculum?
Our activities are inspired by established SEL frameworks and early childhood development research. While they are not tied to a specific school curriculum, they complement classroom learning beautifully.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and other payment methods available at checkout.
Can I get a refund on digital products?
Because our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact us and we'll make it right.

Can I share the files with others?
Our products are licensed for personal and single-classroom use only. Please do not share, resell, or redistribute the files. If you'd like to use our materials for multiple classrooms or a school, please check out our Educator & Wholesale options.
Can I use your products in my classroom?
Yes! A single purchase covers use in one classroom. For school-wide or multi-classroom use, please contact us about our educator pricing.
