Digital Delivery Policy

Conscious Drops sells digital-download products only. No physical items are shipped.

Delivery

After successful payment, customers receive access to their digital files through the order-confirmation or download page and the email address provided at checkout. Free products are delivered after completing the ₹0 checkout.

Timing

Digital delivery is normally immediate. Email delivery can occasionally take a few minutes. Please check Spam, Promotions and Junk folders.

Access problems

If a download link is missing, expired or not working, contact sales@touch-n-feel.com or info@touch-n-feel.com with your order number and purchasing email address, or call +91-8056657828.

Printing and use

Customers are responsible for downloading, saving and printing files. Colours and dimensions may vary by printer, paper, device and display settings. You may print the pages needed for the licensed users.

No shipping charges

No courier, postage, tracking number or physical delivery applies to any Conscious Drops purchase.

License summary

Unless a product listing states otherwise, Conscious Drops files are for personal use. SEL and kids educational resources that mention a home + classroom/client-group license may be used in one household and one classroom, counseling group, therapy group, homeschool group or client group. Files may not be shared, emailed to others, uploaded to public/shared drives, resold, modified into another product or redistributed.
