TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing or downloading a Conscious Drops product, the customer agrees to the product description, applicable licence, and these policies. All products are digital downloads unless expressly stated otherwise. No physical product is shipped.

Conscious Drops resources are thoughtfully developed, edited, human-reviewed and quality-checked for clarity, usefulness and print-readiness. Product pages describe the exact files and formats included.

Unless a product page expressly states a broader licence, each purchase grants one non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use licence to the buyer and their household. SEL and kids educational resources that mention a home + classroom/client-group licence may also be used in one classroom, counseling group, therapy group, homeschool group or client group. Buyers may print reasonable copies for the licensed users.

Files may not be resold, shared, sublicensed, emailed to others, uploaded to public or shared drives, distributed, claimed as the buyer's work, modified into another product, used as a trademark, or included in another downloadable product. Copyright remains with Touch N Feel Ecommerce Private Limited, trading through the Conscious Drops brand or the identified rights holder.

A commercial or expanded licence applies only when explicitly selected and paid for or agreed in writing. Commercial customers, schools, organizations, multiple classrooms, businesses and bulk users should contact Conscious Drops before wider use. Digital resale, redistribution, template sharing, sublicensing, and extractable-file distribution remain prohibited.

Customers must provide accurate personalisation details and hold permission for submitted logos, photos, trademarks, and other material. Printed colour, scale, and sharpness may vary by screen, printer, ink, paper, and settings. Test printing is recommended before bulk production.

Prices and included files are shown on product pages. Taxes apply where required. Digital files are for creative, educational, organisational, and informational use and are not professional legal, medical, financial, engineering, therapeutic, or safety advice. These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts with jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
