Return Policy
Digital products only
Conscious Drops sells downloadable digital products. No physical item is shipped, so physical returns, exchanges and return shipping do not apply.
Refund eligibility
Because files are delivered or made available immediately after successful payment, purchases are normally final once download access has been issued. We may approve a refund or replacement where:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- the supplied file is corrupted or materially different from the product description and we cannot provide a working replacement;
- you purchased by mistake and have not accessed or downloaded the files; or
- applicable consumer law requires a remedy.
Requesting help
Contact sales@touch-n-feel.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number, the email used at checkout and a description or screenshot of the issue. We will first try to resolve download or file problems by supplying access or a replacement file.
Non-refundable situations
We do not normally refund change-of-mind purchases after files have been accessed, incompatibility clearly disclosed on the product page, printing or colour differences caused by a customer’s device or printer, or failure to read the product description before purchase.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable Indian or other mandatory consumer law.
